I had a "subject" in a box that should have been a valid email address. An easy fix once you see it.
Anyway, you can still use the contact form in the previous post to communicate.
Not sure what is going on, but not being able to send email from within this application means that I am not getting notifications about new users and password recovery is complicated. Until this issue is resolved, please use the contact form on my blog:
I ran into some difficulties while running a software upgrade and ended up creating a new subdomain and restoring the data and software to it.
Please pass on the new URL to any relatives who might be interested in family history.
There are still a few media objects to restore from the old PhpGedView site, but this is the official site now.
You will need to request a new account here even if you registered on the old site.
Still fine tuning but this is looking good for the transfer from PhpGedView, looks like the main issues are with media files. They show as a generic image where you would expect a picture.
